Harumi Gondo, ENFJ (権藤 晴美、理事長)

日系アメリカ人で日本人の夫を持ち、2011年から日本に住んでいます。

アメリカではハーバード大学院卒業後、世界宗教と宗教哲学の教鞭を執っていました。また、国際通信社でメディア開発および評価スペシャリストとしても働いています。

クライアントの自己理解を深め、人生に生かせる成長方法を探る事が性格判断の目的です。

現在は、近隣もしくは都内の母子を対象としたレベル別、タイプ別セミナーを日本語と英語で毎週行っています。

他にもJAXAの宇宙飛行士や大学の博士、国際夫婦のコーチング、大阪大学、武田製薬、東京アメリカンクラブの女性グループのインストラクターなどの経験があります。

Harumi Gondo (Type LAB Chairwoman) is a Japanese-American personality type trainer. She lives in Tokyo with her husband and two daughters.

After graduating from Harvard Divinity School with a Master’s in Theological Studies, Harumi taught course in World Religions and the Philosophy of Religion at Bergen Community College.

After moving to Japan she began her second career, in the field of journalism where she helped to create a journalism training program with United Press International (UPI) and journalism schools throughout the United States, Asia and Africa. She continues to work in this industry as an Evaluation Specialist, training journalists in Pakistan with Near Media, a media development organization.

Harumi has finally found her great passion in life with her work with Personality Type. She is certified to administer the the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is an MBTI Master Practitioner. She is also certified to administer the Majors Personality Type Inventory (Majors PTI).

Since becoming certified she has run hundreds of seminars for individuals, families and companies. Most notably she has run trainings for Japanese astronauts at JAXA, Osaka University, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Tokyo American Club Women’s Group.

She is currently in the process of establishing a non-profit organization dedicated to running sessions and programs centered on Type, the Jungian cognitive functions and their archetypal influences (based heavily on the work of John Beebe and Bob Mc Alpine).
